Classroom Instruction
Classroom instruction for the required thirty hours are held several times throughout the year for your convenience. The primary text for the classroom is the Minnesota State Driver's Manual. Students must be 14 years of age to take the classroom instruction. Upon successful completion of the required thirty hours of classroom training, a "White Completion Slip" is issued. This "White Completion Slip" must be presented in order to receive a "Blue Card". You may get a "Blue Card" from any authorized driving school that you choose. The "Blue Card" allows the student to take the Minnesota State Permit Test. Students must be enrolled with a driving school in order to take the Minnesota State Permit Test.
Summer Classroom Instruction is held for two weeks in June/July from 9 am to 12 pm Monday thru Friday.
Fall Classroom Instruction is held for five weeks in October/November from 6 pm to 9 pm each Tuesday and Thursday.
Spring Classroom Instruction is held for five weeks in March/April from 6 pm to 9 pm each Tuesday and Thursday. |
